Zen and the Art of Raising Chickens – The Way of the Hen
by Clea Danaan
An exploration of the rewarding, entertaining and enlightening art of keeping chickens in an urban or suburban garden, showing how raising chickens can be fitted into a busy lifestyle, slowing us down and grounding us, focusing on the simple joys of life.
The book is hardback in decorative cloth showing the outlines of hens pecking at corn. pp144.
Very Good condition (spine lightly rubbed at bottom, otherwise tight, smart, nearly new appearance); no dustjacket.
The book itself is sunned at the very top of the spine , to a depth of just 2mm. The other fault of any significance is light fore-edge foxing, and a little foxing also to the top and bottom page edges. Other than the above-mentioned, and a light scratch mark (approx 1 cm) to the cloth on the back, I believe that you will find this book to be immaculate.
